Where we started

Fired Up emerged when the country of Ireland was on its knees, struck down by a pandemic. But while coming together, by staying apart, with many out of work but most definitely not out of fight, we created Fired Up Wood Fired Pizza.

We began serving authentic wood fire pizzas out of two repurposed shipping containers placed outside the front of the Goat bar in Goatstown, Dublin on the 15th of May 2020. We set out on a journey, FIRED UP to get back to work and business… little did we know where it would take us.
Since day one, we have strived to marry the true Italian classic with the best Ireland has to offer, to bring you a pizza experience like no other. We’re passionate about serving the freshest ingredients available to us, and committed to supporting small, independent Irish suppliers across the country of Ireland.
