Our Covid baby is all grown up! We wanted to bring our love of Neapolitan pizza from South Dublin, to the people of Donnybrook. We opened our third shop in Donnybrook on the 12th of October 2023 – just over three years on from when we first opened our doors in Goatstown. After months of hard work, dedication (and a lick of paint), we finally saw the vision of our first brick and mortar store come to life.
We wanted to create a unique space to show our customers the magic of pizza-making, which is why we created an open plan kitchen.
A new store was also as good an excuse as any to introduce a brand new menu. We carefully created a menu that featured our Fired Up classics, that our customers know and love, but with some new and creative flavours. By working with the best Irish ingredients and local suppliers, we were able to create our new signatures such as our Nduja Margherita and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers.
Since opening our doors, our third location is open for sit-in, collection and delivery seven days a week.
